Cancellation
1. In accordance with the law N°2014-344 the European buyer has a right of withdrawal. The cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of the product without having to give reasons.
- The buyer informs My Name is Wendy by e-mail or postal letter.
- The buyer must return the product in good condition and in its original packaging.
- We commit ourselves to refund the totality of the paid sums, as well as the expenses of delivery to recovery of the goods or to the presentation of a proof of forwarding of those.
- We remind you that the return costs are at the expense of the buyer.
2. Repayment will be effected in the same payment means used by the buyer or an alternate means of paying previously established.

Guarantees
1. If the product received by the buyer, following an error on our part, is not in conformity with the characteristics of the product at the time of the order, it will be carried out either a refund or a replacement of the product. The buyer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to return it to us. We commit ourselves to refund the totality of the paid sums, the expenses of delivery to recovery of the goods or to the presentation of a proof of forwarding of those, as well as the expenses of return.

1. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. The buyer placing an order on Friday before 12:00 am will have his order processed the following Monday.
2. All posters are shipped by colissimo. 
- Delivery time for Metropolitan France, Monaco and intra-Overseas is between 2 and 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 
- Delivery times to overseas destinations are between 11 and 31 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 
- Delivery times to international destinations are from 3 to 8 days.
3. The delivery costs are offered from 300€ of purchase (except delivery costs).
4. The packaging is done by our care. A special care is taken to provide optimum protection of our products. The poster is rolled in black tissue paper and slipped into a solid cardboard tube lined with a cardboard sleeve.
5. About foreign delivery, the buyer must provide direct coverage the costs for possible customs duty and all applicable taxes.
6. We recall that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.
7. We advise you to check the condition of the product on arrival. If the product has been damaged in transit, you have 14 days to inform us by email with photos. We undertake to replace the product at our expense (including delivery costs) on the basis of the legal guarantee of conformity.
